Liberty 2.0 & Graffiti Ghosts!

 So… I finally finished the Statue of Liberty! It was big, and cumbersome and A LOT of work! But I didn’t kick this one and I’m kinda proud of that – I must be growing up! Then I did a series of Ghostbuster stuff, graffiti style - so maybe scratch that bit about growing up =)

Weathered, worn, tarnished… but still a steadfast beacon of hope- “Liberty Will Cu Through” The title is a play on words, Cu is the symbol for copper on the periodic table and that’s what she’s made of! So it’s “Cu” instead of “see you”.

After that challenging project, I decided I needed another one! I bought an embossed red brick panel so I could create a new painting for my rec room. It’s going to be a big, weird, graffiti style cityscape. But distractions happened and I ended up making these instead!
