Cranky Bird, Strange Flower, Possibilities & April Print Special!

Happy Spring! Air hugs and virtual fist bumps all around =) 

It’s been interesting navigating this new way of life… We’ve built forts, pitched tents, cleaned and re-organized EVERYTHING, re-arranged furniture (Hey! Is that a Skittle!?!), baked, colored on each other’s faces, exercised, and cut everyone’s hair. There’s been lots of time for reading and self-reflection… Did you know I have $7,381 hairs on my left arm?!? I do miss visits, hugs, handshakes and combat training ;)

I am very grateful to have been so inspired lately, painting in both my usual and unusual styles. Here’s what’s new:

What a time to be alive! With so much going on I hope everyone is finding their own little ways of staying sane… maintaining levels of normalcy, structure. Of course for me, that means painting so here goes:

Just a fun piece I did, a mock up of my own custom lightsaber! It's purple ofcourse! But that color choice coincides with what I believe the force would bestow upon me =) I also added some force lightning to the beam because, how cool is that!

“Infinite Allegory”

This one is full of interpretations! The circle itself symbolizing the cycles of life and the universe. The word infinity can be read rightside up or upside down. It is repeated thrice, symbolizing the triquetra and its many correlations: past/present/future, beginning/middle/end, birth/death/rebirth, mind/body/spirit, etc. The elements of water and stone, duality and nature. The stone is strong, the water is yielding and yet it can carve canyons…
